Early this morning we wrapped up my I Am Light music video shoot. It has been a fabulous journey: coming up with the artistic vision and storyboard, designing and creating sets and costumes, recruiting and directing cast, as well as editing, re-recording and mixing my song as a 4 minute radio edit instead of an 8 minute extended mix.
I heard in public and private messages that last week’s blog post about Facing Stress with a Meditative Mindset touched a chord with a number of people.
